Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a highly-motivated, independently-working and reliable project coordinator who will join the AKOG Hotel Group team immediately.

Your field of activity will include:

⋅ Establish and maintain relationships with production facilities 
⋅ Develop presentations and offers for clients
⋅ Monitor internal design cycles and processes 
⋅ Coordinate communication between the the team, production facilities  and clients for the flawless execution of projects 
⋅ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
⋅ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
⋅ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques 
⋅ Report and escalate to management as needed 
⋅ Manage the relationships with the client and all stakeholders
⋅ Perform other related duties as assigned

Your skills should include:

⋅ 2+ years work experience in project management or similar consulting and agency roles
⋅ Team-player as well as having strong communicative and organisational competence 
⋅ Strong understanding of AKOG Hotel Group products and brand philosophy 
⋅ Ability to work flexible hours 
⋅ Fluency in English is a must! 
⋅ Ability to work independently 
⋅ Highly motivated to perform as well as to learn new skills
⋅ Reliable and pro-active

⋅ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate ⋅ verification techniques
⋅ Report to management as needed
⋅ Perform other related duties as assigned
